After a 20+ Career in Business and Trustee, Finance and Banking, at all levels from front line to Executive Management, I worked with Business Owners everyday.

Constantly I saw people dealing with Disputes, Internal and External, Business Partners and Customers, and the impact to their Mental Health and enjoyment of owning a business.
​
They had nowhere to turn to help them take back control, and when they did, it normally involved unnecessary costs and wasted time.
​
I wanted to change that, which is why I founded The Business Mediation Service.
